Registration Procedure

Important information about the registration process, fees, periods, and cancellation policy.

Registration Date:

• Regular Registration: 1 Nov 2023 – 23 Feb 2024
• Late Registration: 24 Feb 2024 – 5 Apr 2024

How to register your teams?

Step 1: Get the following 2 files ready before proceeding to the registration.

1. Registration details
   • Please download the registration file
     • For MOE Schools: “RCSG2024_Registration_MOE.xls”.
     • For Private Teams: “RCSG2024_Registration_Private.xls”.
   • Fill up the registration form.
     • One student can only participate in one challenge.
     • Choose the registration fee payment mode.
     • You can include multiple teams in one registration form.
2. Team photos
   • One team one photo. Please use the team name as the photo file name.

Step 2: Zip all photos, all signed consent forms, and the RCSG2024 registration form. Make sure the file size is less than 100 MB. Only 1 zip file is allowed per registration

Step 3: Click on the RoboCup SG Open Team Registration button below to upload your zip file.

If you want to make changes to your submission, you can submit a new one that includes the revised or updated information.

Registration Fee Payment

• The RoboCup Singapore office will contact you regarding the registration fee payment.

Cancellation Policy

• Please confirm your participation before payment. The registration fee is not refundable.
• Please direct all general questions and inquiries regarding payment via email to junior@robocupsg.org.
